Can’t get acces to web app.

Hello, I’ve been playing fifa on pc since start for like 2 months, get web access straight away. Few weeks ago I bought ps5, then when TOTY version of fifa has been released I bought it on console too and started to grind from beginning, it’s like week already and I still don’t have access to web app on my ps5 account - when I switch to pc I have access to without problems. I’ve played every day, trying to log in as daily basics to web app and as well playing games on console. Can I get any help or advise.

I’ve never been banned, or lost acces to web app becouse of bad behaviour.
