Can’t move my players in online games

I made a live chat ea sports just started lying to me saying there is no fix and it was my connection plus saying they have never heard of the issue I’m going through is completely unacceptable I did my research and I see over. 2k people reporting the same issue on ea forms on reddit on the ea sports discord server. And the guy yesterday said there is no reports of this issue completely lying to my face because ea sports don’t want to fix an issue that is there fault and don’t want to give people compensation. This is a joke look on ea forms ea sports discord sever and reddit this is a complete scam and ea lied to my face. This is about During online games only, I randomly throughout the game cannot move my players at all. I'll be able to pass, shoot etc, but not move my players. Go look anywhere and it’s there.
Only on online game modes also fix your game before you release it instead of scamming players for early access
