Can’t ready up for matches in div rivals

After finding a match, I cannot ready up to play. My screen freezes and my button commands don’t work. Been happening since i got the game. Before it would work after restart. I have been trying to play a game for an hour… 10 restarts and still can’t play… this game sucks so bad lol
