Cannot access my ultimate team “connecting is not possible at the moment” (XBOX)

This has now been happening for over a week it’s the only game mode I play on FC, I have tried various different methods from numerous discussions and YouTube videos and none have worked I still cannot gain access, when I try to log in on my web app or companion app it tells me to log into my ultimate team on my console and try again which I can’t do because I can’t connect its a vicious cycle. 

I have tried changing to different WiFi , I tried submitting a case to EA themselves, I have tried different manual DNS settings, I’ve uninstalled and installed the game numerous times, I’ve updated the game, I’ve turned off my console and turned it back on again repeatedly nothing seems to work or allows me access to ultimate team.

all other game modes work I can play pro clubs I can play seasons and career modes.
