Cannot launch/load up Game

Pre ordered the ultimate royalty edition, been trying to load it up since the 18th  , All it does is load up the anti cheat launcher then Returns back to the ea app and says “latest sync was interrupted”. let me know if anyone knows how to fix this issue.
