Can't connect EA servers

I can not access ea servers starting from yesterday. I changed my dns, switched to ethernet cable, deleted my squads from app and tried again. Nothing works. I checked my internet service it is fine but can not connect ea servers. When i use my mobile phone hotspot i connect with 80-90 ms ping. I tried recommended steps but can not work with wifi or ethernet cable.
