Cant play any rivals match

Cant play a full rivals match... imposseble to get any rivals points or even rank up! (On pc va steam)

I got a red card in one of the games, that stayed after the match, but not my evo progression? 

Its been a problem for way too long! Ive uninstalled my game, fixed my game files and it still happens.

Now im missing out on importent content, just because i cant get any rivals points to get my rewards...
