Clubs 20000 AXP login bonus

Hello,

As reported by other players, I have also not received the 20,000 AXP login bonus. Additionally, during the previous promotion, which was something like 2x XP for 35 matches, I also did not receive it.

I have attempted to resolve the issue by restarting the game, the EA app, Steam, and my PC multiple times. I have also checked my consumables, news, store, and objectives sections, but there is no sign of the rewards.

My friends, who play with me and are in the same club, have received all the bonuses without issue. Therefore, I am unsure what could be causing the problem, as it does not appear to be on my side.

I play on PC via Steam.

Normally I would wait, but since I did not receive the previous login bonus either, I would appreciate some feedback and possible compenation.
