Complaining about constant packet loss

Hello EA Sports Support,

We would like to report a network problem affecting many players in Algeria when playing EA Sports FC 26 and other EA online games.

For about a month now, we have been experiencing severe packet loss during matches, which makes the game almost unplayable. The connection becomes unstable, players lag, and sometimes we are disconnected from the servers.

This issue seems to affect many players across the whole country, not just a specific region. We are not sure whether the problem is related to EA servers or to the local ISP (Algérie Télécom), but it started recently and has not been resolved. 

We kindly ask you to investigate this issue and check the routing or connection between Algeria and EA servers.
