Computer is offline” error, license folder empty (ROG Ally X)

It has been about 2days since I posted this issue and I have not received any response yet..

The problem still persists:

“We’ve noticed your computer is currently offline”

- License folder is still empty

- Game was working before on the same device

Could an EA staff member please review and escalate this issue?
