I have been not able to connect to ultimate team since evening. Morning it was working fine. I played gauntlet, after that I'm not able to connect. I have tried everything. Restoring licenses, changing the DNS to manual. But still not able to log in. When I try to open the game using Web App, it shows that I have to log out of ultimate team first. I'm irritated because of this loop. PLEASE HELP

As you can see in the photo I attached, I'm not able to access the web/companion app as it says that I'm signed into another device which is not possible. The only device I use is ps5 where I am not able to login and can't access the web app also
I just tried your suggestion and it worked! I had a feeling the 4 game gauntlet format was buggy.
Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about the trouble with logging in to FUT. I'd like you to try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Just the squads, not the players. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to FUT again. Let me know if this helps or not.
