Constant 100% CPU Usage and Crashes Around 15th Minute (No Error Message)

Hey everyone,
I’ve been having a serious issue with FC 26. During every match (in any mode, even offline ones like Squad Battles), my CPU usage stays at 100% the whole time and the game always crashes around the 15th minute mark — without showing any error message.
What’s strange is that I had this exact problem before, and I somehow managed to fix it myself, but unfortunately I don’t remember how. Everything was running fine for a while, but since the latest update (the one that fixed the disconnect issues), the problem came back.
I’ve already tried all the usual fixes — updating drivers, repairing the game, changing graphics settings, even testing on low resolution — but the issue still happens.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or does EA maybe have a known solution or workaround for it?
