Constant crashing, stuttering and lag issues in EAFC 26 game menuss
I'm experiencing constant crashing, freezing, and lag issues in the EAFC 26 game menus. I contacted Sony support for PS5 regarding this issue and followed the steps below, but the problem persisted.
1. I deleted and reinstalled the game, but the problem persisted.
2. I cleared the database, but the problem persisted.
3. I created a new diagnostic data file, but the problem persisted.
4. Finally, I reset the PS5 system and reinstalled the system software. Then I reinstalled EAFC26.
5. After refreshing my system, the game didn't crash, lag, or freeze for about two hours.
6. Two hours later, the same thing started happening again.
7. This doesn't happen with other PS5 games, only with EAFC26. So, the problem is with your game. The menus, team building missions, and the store keep crashing. I'm attaching screenshots.
8. I'm tired and exhausted from constantly closing and reopening the game. Having played in previous years and purchased the game late this year, I've been constantly buying EA points to keep my team strong. I've lost a lot of money, but I can't play the game effectively.
I don't know how to fix this problem, so I'm asking for help.
