No worries! Thanks for the response. Let's see if power cycling your equipment will help. Please follow these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
- Plug in your modem/router and restart your PlayStation
Try playing again and let me know what happens. Thanks!
Done that it didn’t work so deleted the game and reinstalled it. Still same issue

Thanks for getting back to me. Next, try clearing the cache and rebuilding the database with the instructions here. I've copied them for you below.
Select Clear System Software Cache if you’re experiencing system feature issues or performance drops.
Select Rebuild Database to scan the drive and create a new database of all content on the system. This option is useful if you’re experiencing system feature issues or a game icon remains on Home after it has been deleted.- Cooling077621 days agoSeasoned Novice
Removed every single game on my console and then rebuilt database and still same issue. My connection speed is good too as you can see

Still have same issue today. It’s not as bad as yesterday but still happening. I went onto my sons account and don’t have this issue so not sure why it’s just happening on mine

Any further update on this please? I’ve also tried on a different console and it’s just my account that has the loading issues

Hello. Did you try what I previously suggested for rebuilding the database and clearing the cache?
Are you able to load in fine on a different account?
