Thanks for getting back to me. Next, try clearing the cache and rebuilding the database with the instructions here. I've copied them for you below.
Select Clear System Software Cache if you’re experiencing system feature issues or performance drops.
Select Rebuild Database to scan the drive and create a new database of all content on the system. This option is useful if you’re experiencing system feature issues or a game icon remains on Home after it has been deleted.
Any further update on this please? I’ve also tried on a different console and it’s just my account that has the loading issues

Hello. Did you try what I previously suggested for rebuilding the database and clearing the cache?
Are you able to load in fine on a different account?

Yea I’ve done everything you’ve said to do. I’ve logged into my account on a different console and have the same issue but on my sons account on both consoles the game works fine

Thanks for that. Next, as a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let's see if you can connect on a network outside of your home network. This is just a test.
Also, again, make sure you've deleted all your squads from using the web/companion app and create a blank squad.
