Controller Works in Offline and Clubs Mode but Not in Other Online Modes

Hi everyone, as I mentioned in the title, my controller works perfectly fine in offline and clubs mode, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work in other online modes. I can only press the "play" button and nothing else.
