Thanks, everyone, for reporting these issues! I’d like to check if there’s any common factor causing them, so please make sure you’ve first completed the steps listed in our Technical Guide.
Make sure everything is set to default if you’re using any overclocking. Please also disable any software that comes with your motherboard or GPU that’s used for overclocking.
It can also help to temporarily disable any RGB control software or drivers, and ensure you have the latest BIOS version installed.
If none of those steps solves the problem, please attach your DxDiag report so we can take a closer look.

EA_Pulsar Things I’ve already tried:
Complete format and reinstallation of Windows 11.
BIOS and all drivers updated (chipset, audio, network, GPU).
Clean reinstallation of NVIDIA drivers using DDU in Safe Mode.
Repaired game files through EA App.
Complete uninstallation and reinstallation of EA AntiCheat (Javelin).
Running both the game and EA App as administrator.
Enabled Core Isolation in Windows Security.
Disabled all overlays (Discord, GeForce Experience, EA App).
Disabled antivirus and firewall during testing.
Checked system files with sfc /scannow and DISM.
Tested RAM and SSD — no errors detected.
My PC setup:
Operating System: Windows 11 (clean installation)
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060
CPU: Intel i5-10400
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B460-G GAMING
RAM: 32 GB DDR4
NVIDIA Driver: Latest Game Ready Driver
EA App: Latest version
