Delay then pixels dropping like crazy in second half

Every time I go into a match, there’s a huge delay for example, when I press the pass button, it takes about two seconds before the player actually passes. When the second half starts, the game becomes completely unplayable: it freezes at halftime for about a minute, and the frame rate drops drastically. It’s not my PC, because every other game runs perfectly fine, and it’s not my internet either  I’ve checked, and it’s completely stable. The worst part is that I disconnect automatically every single match, which means I don’t get my rewards. I also get relegated in Division Rivals and receive warnings that my coins will be reduced because your game keeps throwing me out of matches.
