Disconnect problem

Hello,

I am experiencing a recurring problem in EA Sports FC 26

Almost every day I get disconnected from matches during the game, and the match is counted as a loss for me even though my internet connection is stable. My connection quality is good and my ping is low, so I don’t believe the issue is coming from my side.

This has happened multiple times and it is affecting my results and progress in the game.

Could you please check if there is any issue with my account or the servers and help resolve this problem?

  • Hey Zerebaw​, know how frustrating it is but unfortunately, when issues like this occur,  we are not able to  change the outcome of the result.  

    Generally, this is a result of network or connection-related issues so no harm in taking a look here and trying the various steps to improve your connection.

    It will take you a couple of minutes but it should hopefully ensure that this does not happen again. 

    Know it's not what you wanted to hear, but it's the best I can do to help and hopefully it will not be an ongoing issue.

    Everything you've shared around this Zerebaw​ points to network or ISP-related issues.

    I would recommend going through the link I shared to troubleshoot your connection.

    Thank you for your reply. However, I would like to clarify something important.

    My internet connection is stable and my ping is consistently low when I play the game also play other online games without any disconnection issues. This problem only happens in online matches, where I suddenly get disconnected and the match is counted as a loss.

    Because this has happened several times, I believe the issue may be related to the game servers or something linked to my account rather than my network.

    Could you please escalate this case or check if there is any issue affecting my account on your side?
