    Hi WOJTEKxPL​ Thanks for listing everything you already tested — that rules out a lot. Here are some steps we’d recommend to try if you still experience this issue:

    1. Fully close FC 26, the EA App, and Steam.
    2. Clear the EA App cache data
    3. Create a totaly new squad on the UT Web app and then set it as your main squad before you test the game. 
    4. Before testing another match, go into FC 26 online settings and try this reset once: turn Cross-play OFF, enter an online mode, turn Cross-play ON again, then queue.
    5. Temporarily remove anything that could be filtering the connection path: VPN, antivirus web shield, or firewall rules. Prefer adding exceptions for EA App / Steam / FC 26 rather than leaving security software disabled.
    6. If it still happens, do a full clean reinstall of the EA App, Steam and FC 26.
