Disconnecting after winning a match

Once again, I'm winning a match in Fut Champions, only to receive a notification after the match that EA servers are unable to process my request. I'm kicked from Ultimate Team, and the match is counted as a loss. I MUST get that win back. By the way, the QR code displayed in the "disconnection warning" notification doesn't work. I'm 100% sure it's not an internet connection issue or a weak hardware issue. I play on PC via the EA app.
