DNF even though I won…

Hi, 5 minutes ago I played a match in division rivals and won 3-1. The game ended normally but then it randomly disconnected me from UT instead of porting me into main lobby. I have perfect connection and never had any issues. After entering UT again, it said I “DNF” and did not receive anything for my win as rivals progress nor my evolutions progress. Please solve it for me, I tried contacting support but the AI just sent me here.. I want my compensation 😐 I have a video, if you would need it, I’ll send it.
