EA AntiCheat not working (7)(1)

Can somebody help me with this problem i cant play the game i tried everything reinstaling the game the anticheat repairing it adding it to the windows defender as a exclusion but nothing helps i even have TPM2.0 can you help me please.

    i have this problem. I even reinstalled windows and reset my whole pc but it still wont work. Today they released a patch, and I was hoping this would get resolved but it didn't.
