Connection issues are something that you need to work on from your end homematetv

Thanks for the reply but this is not a connection or ISP issue. My internet is stable with normal latency and no packet loss. Disconnects began right after I logged into my EA account on another PC at a different location. Since then I get kicked from Battlefield with the message Lost connection to EA servers. Please escalate to an advisor to check my account for a low trust or session token problem. This is an account authentication issue not a network issue.
