Honestly, EA has become one of the worst companies when it comes to dealing with its players.
As players, we face clear issues with the game and the AntiCheat system, and we submit reports for days with no meaningful response or real solution.

All we get from support are the same repeated replies that are completely useless, as if no one is even reading the player's issue.
The problem remains unresolved, and the service keeps getting worse day by day, with no concern for players who can’t even run the game.

If the company can’t fix a fundamental AntiCheat issue, it’s very natural for players to lose trust, because no respectable company leaves a problem like this without a clear and definitive solution.

As customers, we deserve proper service, working support, and real solutions… not just empty words.
