Can anyone help? I’m having no luck accessing the Web app or companion app it was working perfectly fine until I loaded up my 10 hour free trial, that’s not expired and it’s now saying “ultimate team is not accessible” tried to talk to EA on the live chat yesterday but the woman was just rude and not helpful at all. Any suggestions?
I have same issue. I was using it fine until I started playing games through trial version, now everything is locked on the companion app.
Same, my trial has expired and it’s still not working I’ve got packs in the store I can’t even open because the “feature is disabled” and no one can explain why it’s disabled, I spoke to EA live chat and they said they’re working on it and to check twitter for when it might be fixed but EA mention nothing about this issue on twitter
