EA NOT FAIR

Hello, my name is Basem, a FIFA player, account ID KO0BL. I was playing FC Fantasy League, match 18, and I was winning 1-0 and going into a one-on-one. The match froze, and everything was working fine: low ping and the buzzer was working, but the game froze after 30 minutes and automatically closed. I lost, and this happened to me four times out of seven losses in this tournament. This isn't fair. I wanted the upgrade and the Ibarbo, and if this game were fair, I would have gotten them because my level is high. I want compensation because this isn't fair and my enternet was good
