EA PLEASE HELP ME‼️

I need to ask, why is it so difficult to get help with a server bugged evolution in FC 26? 
I have a server bugged evolution that has expired but stuck in my rewards for over a month!! It cannot be claimed or applied on any platform nor can it be cleared from players side.

i have about 87 packs that I’ve paid money for and can’t even open because I’ve had this bug for more than a month, support team is clueless and just keeps transferring because they don’t have tools to fix it, and when I ask EA on this platform their thousands of community members here with “EA community manager” in their names can’t even reply or give some kind of direction. Really disappointing, can you please tell me if I have to wait another month for someone to fix this bug?
