FC 26 PC HORRIBLE PERFORMANCE

I have ryzen 7, 16 GB RAM and GTX 1650. Not the best but can easily play these games. On fc26  cant play a single game. Wgen i login in the menu  i have 90 steady fps. As soon as i get in a game fps drop to 10 and it lags like crazy. Completely unplayable. Not to mention that controller freezes completely and does nothing at all, which leads to me forfeiting due to inactivity. It has to be fixed. I paid a bunch of money and i cant wait to play the game but for 2 weeks now its just not possible to enjoy my free time. Mood killer... Please fix it ASAP
