Fc 26 performance issues/stutter

I am experiencing severe performance issues with EA Sports FC 26 on PC that make the game unplayable. I wanted to provide you with all the details you requested:

System Specs:

OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3D

RAM: 64 GB

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070

DirectX: Version 12

Controller in use: Ps5 Controller

Time/Date of issue: Since launch on September 19th, 2025 – constantly.

Game Area/Mode: The issue happens in every mode I tried, except Skill Games where it seems slightly less severe.

Description:

Constant heavy stuttering, flickering, and unstable gameplay regardless of graphical settings.

Changing graphics options does not improve the situation.

The game is unplayable in its current state.

The issue happens every time I try to play.
