Fc 26 stuttering after latest update

Hello, kindly optimize the game for pc. Before the latest update, the game was running smooth but now it is stuttering in online matches (Rivals, live events etc). It really getting annoying. Tried every fix but nothing works. Please look into it maybe it's anticheat issue i dunno.
