FC26 can be played for about 20 seconds, then it crashes and exits

I recently purchased EA FC26 on 27/12/2025. The game downloads normally, but when I enter the game for about 20 seconds, it suddenly crashes and exits, making it impossible to play. I have tried restarting my device and uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the issue still persists. I kindly ask for your urgent assistance in checking and resolving this problem
