This has been done and I have no active overlays, if there is anything else I can do please let me know

Community ManagerHere are some additional suggestions.
- Again, make sure ALL overlays are disabled.
- Windows Error Reporting shows FC26.exe has a memory leak. Make a copy and delete the existing settings folder. The default location is C:\Users[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26 (*AppData is usually a hidden folder, so it can be made visible from the View dropdown.) Launch the game again to recreate this folder.
- The ASUS Armoury Crate Crate is crashing. Completely exit out of Armoury Crate. If that doesn't help, uninstall this program or at least disable the background services/tasks.
- You have 3 monitors. Try running a single monitor. Set the refresh to 120 or 144. If that doesn't help, try 60 just as a test. Disable G-Sync/VRR if being used. This also is just as a test.
