Fc26 utimate team connection issue

I have not been able to log into my FC26 ultimate team account as it connecting to ultimate team is not possible. I can play all the other online season, pro player etc but not ultimate team.

The Professional Foul option in the controller settings keeps turning off automatically. Maybe you could set it to ON by default for both Default and Competitive controller configurations.
