FIFA took 15,000 coins from me at the start of the game.
Hey, something unfortunate happened. I bought the Ultimate Edition of FC 26. So, I'm starting to level up in the Ultimate team, and so far, things are going pretty well. I saved up some coins and thought I'd play the draft; they seem to give out decent rewards. I bought a draft token for 15,000 coins, so I had over 20,000 in total. I assembled a roster, and everything was fine. I started a match, and everything found an opponent as usual. Literally a minute passes, and then it says "connection lost, you will be transferred to the main screen, something like that, I don't remember the exact words." I thought, oh well, it's a bug, and I'll just find an opponent again, but no such luck. I exit to the main menu and see the option to claim my reward, thinking, "Well, that can't be right," so I click it, and they give me a gold pack. The score is counted as 0-0, and I didn't advance to the next stage. So, I just "spent" my coins, or rather, they were taken from me, and my progress for the first weekend league will be lost, as I can't improve my roster because my coins were taken. It's very interesting. I bought, again, the Ultimate Edition + EA Pro subscription, and besides the bad drop—well, I'm not complaining, it happens—they also took my coins, and I lost all my progress. It's very sad to see this happen, because I paid double and wanted a quality product. I really hope the developers are responsive and respond quickly, and of course, compensation, otherwise this is a very sad situation.
