Football ultimate team currently not accessible?!

I tried to enter the ultimate team via xbox and it won't work, I tried via the web application and it won't work either... it throws this text... due to a demand from the authorites of your region. ? I am playing everyday and dont have a problems, this morning i make a SBC from job, and come now home to play and show me this text ..
