Fps drops below 10 after half time break

So I played my first game in some multiplayer tournament mode. First half no issues, game responsive with no problem. After half time the game drops at 2-5 fps and stays like that until restart. Second game I tried squad battles. This time it happened after half time in overtime.

Issue can't be overheating as my temperatures during the 5 fps period peak at 67°C.

Playing on gaming laptop:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 6800HS

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 with 4GB VRAM.

16GB RAM

Newest drivers installed.

I tried verifying integrity of the files. That fixed the issue for 1 game, after that the issue appeared again
