Fut champs disconnect

Last Sunday morning I was on 7 wins on fut champs and I was playing my 13/15 game and I went the whole 92 minutes and the whilst blew and I was winning and got disconnected after the final whistle was blown, not by my internet but by the servers which is very unfair as I wasn’t rewarded the win and the game actually ended. I ended up losing the last game out of frustration from being disallowed a win for no reason. I tried to reach out to support but was told it is what it is. Quite disappointing since I have had my ea account since 2010. Not to mention the cheater I played in my first couple games who controlled all my players.
