game is currently under review. you will be returned to main menu

I'm 100% sure other people are facing this issue right now as every time i start an online ultimate team division rivals game, within 5-7 minutes the game lags for 2-3 seconds, then i think the opponent rage quits, but no. "game is currently under review. you will be returned to main menu" message pops up and guess what? even if I'm winning the game which was the case every time, i do not get the win. I thought the opponent was doing it on purpose to avoid the loss, but 5 games in a row 5 different opponents, there is no way. I even invited one of the opponents to a party falsely accusing him that he is doing this "glitch" to avoid losing games, but no, turns out he is also going through same thing. not sure if its servers but its really annoying. 

Im on PS5 in canada with a very stable connection, LAN CABLE fiber so...anyone else facing this and how to resolve?
