Game is failing to launch

I always used to play fc25 on both my pc and gaming laptop, however, the game this year is only launching on my pc and not my laptop, eventhough my laptop is perfectly capable. At first I kept getting the message of "this games has failed to launch" then after I tried a couble on online fixes I started getting this error:
