Game stutters and freezes all of the sudden.

So yesterday i played the game it was totally fine besides the menus being just laggy the gameplay was fine. Today i start the game get into a match and all of the sudden it freezes and stutters and fast forwards the whole game. Everytime it stutters it gives these weird static noises as well. But then i noticed it was just the whole game that did it but i didn't change anything. But the main menu was smooth outside of ultimate team but that started stuttering as well.  One game it felt exceptionally bad and then it also said bad connection. I have good stable wired connection so i thought i might be the servers but the whole game just started to stutter and freeze. Also because the games where just unplayable i had to disconnect and my modifier went down because the game has issues.
