Gamepad not working in rivals and other online modes

I have same issue just randomly swaps to KBM for no reason 

And this happened again next fcn game i tried to play.  Its disgusting and pathetic how such a "small" company can destroy experience.

But when i go back to the menu gamepad is still "usable" so i can navigate through and change some settings etc. But in game? What a joke

Hey there. Please check if the following steps will help in this situation. 

• Use only your controller to navigate the opening screens
•  If the controller works offline but not online, restart FC 26 and go through the opening screens again using the controller only
•  Close the game, unplug the controller, plug it back in, then relaunch
•  Try a different USB data cable and a rear USB 3.x port
•  Test wired first before using Bluetooth
•  Try Fullscreen and Windowed/Borderless modes
•  Set a frame-rate cap such as 30 or 60 FPS
•  Enable VSync
•  Lower graphics settings like shadows and effects
•  Run the game .exe as Administrator as a test
•  Disconnect other input devices so only one controller is connected
•  Turn off overlays while testing such as EA App, Steam Overlay, Xbox Game Bar, Discord, GeForce Experience, RivaTuner

Controller problem... I play on PC.. I can't play online because of the controller.. Please find a solution as soon as possible..... Sometimes the problem disappears... but most of the time the problem persists... especially in the second half.

I bought a game at a high price and received a product of very low quality. FC 26 is not playable. Why do you sell such things? Do you not test them before selling them?
