After reading the solutions suggested by "EA_Pulsar," I realized there's no real solution. I'm using a Bluetooth controller and I have the same problem. The best way is to avoid using the keyboard and mouse in-game after the game starts. You can use commands like Alt+Tab, but never use the keyboard or mouse in-game. If you're using a Bluetooth controller, the same problem occurs when it goes into sleep mode. For that, connect via cable or press Alt+F4 and start again.
