Gameplay issues

I’m having an issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 where every time I finish a match, the game disconnects on the final screen and the result does not register. This happens consistently in all modes. My connection is stable and I have already restarted the game, console/PC, and router, but the issue continues.

It looks like my account might be stuck in some sort of technical restriction or matchmaking error because I can’t complete any match normally.

Please help me investigate and fix the issue on my account.
