This is a difficult issue to fix so EA ignores it. Just look at my post. Different problem but also ignored. I have contacted the EA chat numerous times and they said they are fixing it but this has been 2 months.
Anyway. Just commenting on your post so hopefully they fix it. Please do the same for me.
