I am submitting a formal complaint, as there was no prior communication regarding any maximum match limits. As a result, it is currently impossible to complete certain objectives. This situation is unacceptable for players who have paid for the game and have been unable to use it properly for a significant part of the day. Please address this issue promptly and consider appropriate compensation for the affected players.
