Haven't been able to play online for more than a week
PC online seasons player here.
1gbps internet, router 1 metre from the PC. Have tried wifi and LAN cable.
I haven't been able to play more than 10 minutes (In game) of any online seasons game for at least a week, probably longer. I had the issue before in September and it disappeared after an update.
I have tried all the recommended fixes - moving the PC next to the router and plugging it in directly, deleting the folder in app data, changing the crowd settings to medium, changing all gfx settings to auto, uninstalling the NVIDIA driver app, reinstalling EA Anticheat, reinstalling the game, repairing the game, playing with a different controller, playing with the keyboard.
Nothing makes any difference. It always starts to stutter, then freezes for approximately 15 seconds, then kicks me out with a disconnection message.
At this point, I think I'm done with this game, and probably this series. I've been playing since 1998, and these disconnects are the reason why. There's no point paying this amount of money when you can't play the game.
The connection monitoring system also can't even see that I've been playing any games - it says there is no activity despite me being logged into the same account and having the usage sharing settings set to on.
I have been able to play other online games completely fine throughout this period, it is only EAFC that is affected.
So helpdesk - please acknowledge the issue - I have read every thread on this issue, tried every fix. Nothing works. It is a problem with the game.
When will the game be fixed, and if it is not going to be fixed, when can I get a refund?
