HELLO, EA. ANYBODY HOME???

Is it incompetence? Is it ignorance? Is it stupidity? Is it just a mistake? SAY SOMETHING! Stop behaving so miserable!

IS THERE SOMEONE, ONE PERSON AT LEAST, IN THIS (HILLARIOUS) COMPANY THAT IS PROFESSIONAL AND WITH A LITTLE BIT OF COMMON SENSE? 

ARE PC USERS GOOD ONLY WHEN THEY PAY? HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT YOU IGNORE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE, THOUSANDS PROBABLY, THAT PAID FOR YOUR PRODUCT AND WHO SIMPLY CANNOT USE YOUR PRODUCT BECAUSE OF YOUR FAULT? 

YOU HAVE A HUGE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS ON THE SAME ISSUE- LAG AND/OR TETHERING AND/OR JOYSTICK CONFLICT AND/OR GAME CRASHING WITHOUT ERROR. Me, for example, I have all these problems. Since your last two updates, the last one being the icing on the cake, by crashing the game both in online and offline modes. Till these updates (which ironical are meant to enhance the game :)) ) surprinsingly, the game worked very well, smooth and responsive. 

No rewards, no qualification, no packs, no nothing this week. Just saying. And I am sure it is the first week of many. I will probably stop playing this game. Not that it matters. Besides money you don't care about anything else. 

You should be ashamed. But you are not! And you will continue to ignore your customers. Is this ok?
