hi ..my controller stop working

hi ..my controller stop working when in online match on laliga tots exhibition ...but when in setting and lobby work fine ...and when playing offline vs ai work also fine ,,the controller is an Xbox ...

ive just contacted ea help and apparently they no longer support controller on ultimate team
