How to recover my old club in FC26?

Hi everyone,

I just bought FC26 and noticed that I wasn’t asked to transfer my points or choose my old club.

When I checked FC24, my original club is still there with the old founding year, but in FC26 the game created a completely new club with a 2025 founding date.

Is there any way to get my old club into FC26?

Can I safely delete the new club, or will that make things worse?

I might have completely skipped FC25, could that be the reason?

If so, is there still a way to migrate my old club (maybe by first getting FC25 and then deleting the new one in FC26)?

Any help or step-by-step advice would be really appreciated!
